Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons and due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us here so we can make it right.

Customers may contact us about any order received within the past 14 days, and we will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
